Scope:
This release introduces a new feature that enhances MDR case notification emails by providing additional case details, helping you quickly determine whether immediate action is required or if the case can wait.
Feature Details:
With detailed notifications enabled the following will be added to the email communications:
• A new section is added for the latest comment and will appear first
• Investigation Details will include the MDR Case Title
• A new section will be added which will include assets
• A new section will be added which will include previous comments in the case chronologically
Configuration:
1. To turn on Detailed Notifications a Check Point Portal Tenant User with Administrator permission is needed.
2. The user can access the MDR/MDR page from the Check Point Portal navigating on the top left of the screen

3. Navigate to the MDR Profile button on the left of the screen and the first feature there is to enable “Include Detailed Notifications”
4. When you enable this setting, you will get a pop-up that must be acknowledged to turn on this feature.
