Summary
This article covers creating and accessing end customer or permission restricted locations for partners or central security teams managing multiple accounts.
To create a tenant account for an end customer (Partners) or Location with restricted Access (Large Corporation)
Go to the registration page:
2. For each new account, use a different account name (End Customer Company Name (Partners) or Company + Location name (Large Corporation with restricted access between locations).
Note: Typically these tenants are already setup by the time you are onboarding MDR service if you have other Check Point Products in the Infinity portal.
To switch between accounts
At the upper-middle of your screen, click the current account and select the required account from the drop-down menu.
To add an administrators or other users to an account
Within the tenant you want to add a user to, click on the gear box and then (at the bottom of the panel).
In the top left section, click Users.
The list of currently defined users appears.
From the top toolbar, click New.
The Add User window opens.
Configure the required details:
Name
Email
Phone
User Groups - these can be pre configured and used to have templated roles for your team
Note you can add user groups under the User Groups Section from this global settings screen and set that up before adding multiple users with specific roles.
Global Roles - This will set global permissions across all Check Point Infinity access for the current tenant.
Note - If the user you wish to add is not registered in the Check Point Infinity Portal, they receive a registration invitation to establish login credentials for the portal.
